Uninstall Floatlet

Remove the installed app

Quit Floatlet from its system tray menu. Open its installation folder and run uninstall.ps1 in PowerShell. New installations use %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Floatlet. Upgrades can retain the previous installation folder to preserve Windows startup preferences.

The uninstaller removes the owned executable, shortcut and matching startup entry. It refuses to run from an unrelated folder.

What stays on your computer

Settings, tray references and the encrypted calendar subscription are retained. The compatibility data folder is %LOCALAPPDATA%\DelightIsland. This internal identifier is retained so existing users do not lose data during the rename.

Disconnect the calendar in preferences to remove the stored subscription. If you choose to remove the compatibility data folder manually after quitting, back up anything you want to keep first. Original files referenced by the tray are never deleted by the uninstaller.

Portable use

Quit the app, then remove its extracted folder. Local settings are retained just as they are with an installed copy.
